Online Access Platform Is Now Virtual Branch Next As Of Thursday, March 21
 

Current Online Access and Mobile App Users:  IMPORTANT--What You Need To Know

• Online Access Users (web site log in): Click here for first-time log-in instructions
  Mobile App Users: Click here for first-time log-in instructions
    (Note: you only need to set up your new Logon ID and Security Code via one of the above. Your new Logon ID and Security Code will be the same for both the Mobile App and Virtual Branch Next at our web site.)
   
• As disclosed in the lead-up to the platform migration, any recurring scheduled transfers which had been built in Online Access did not carry over into the new platform.
  • These will need to be re-built in Virtual Branch Next.  Click here for further instructions.  
    Note that scheduled direct deposits/payroll deductions are not affected by this platform change. Additionally, payments set up in BillPay were also unaffected. 
• Any Account Alerts which had been built in Online Access will need to be re-set in Virtual Branch Next.
